At Parker 8 Enterprise LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide reliable moving, labor, and junk removal services for every customer.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a job has been completed.
If there is an issue with your service, customers must contact us within 24 hours of job completion so we can review and address the concern.
Deposits used to reserve appointments may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Parker 8 Enterprise LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for services that were completed as agreed upon at the time of booking.
