Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all items being moved or removed. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carry distances, heavy items, disassembly, assembly, or hazardous materials.

Deposits are required for certain jobs, moves, or bookings. Deposits help reserve your appointment time and may be non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations.

Parker 8 Enterprise LLC reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, prohibited materials, or situations that may place our team at risk.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
